How do you contribute to the overarching safety of your company’s workforce?
I am at a construction site or multiple sites daily to offer advice and recommendations and observe every day. I am also involved with onsite training , mostly with qualified crane signaling and rigging. I also conduct several other types of training
What does your company do to ensure safety on the job?
Shook is extremely proactive when it comes to safety, especially when it comes to training
In your opinion, how has safety in construction changed over the last 10-15 years?
The amount of training that is available today is overwhelmingly ahead of anything offered in the past.
What might a younger generation not realize about the current safety standards of the industry?
If they have not had any training at all, there is very little that they would know or realize.
