I Build America – Ohio is a movemovement to generate pride and respect for the construction industry.
We are on a mission to help Ohio’s communities continue to thrive by supporting the growth and development of skilled tradesmen and women.

First and foremost, we are here to provide information. We do so by sharing ongoing updates on this website, in our monthly newsletters, and via our social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. We strive to be Ohio’s best resource of information and materials to spread awareness and understanding of the construction industry.
Aside from general updates, we provide career-specific and apprenticeship-specific resources, including overviews of what each position entails and details on how to apply. We understand that it can be difficult to find the right path, which is why we take the time to bring all critical information to one convenient hub.
We are here to support all members of the construction industry in their efforts to attract new talent to the industry. In addition to connecting talent to their teams, we do so by providing supplementary resources, establishing strategic industry partnerships, and actively attending industry events.

We are already in a labor deficit and the need for highly trained professionals will continue to rise thanks to a retiring workforce and an increase in demand. We need a stronger, more diverse workforce to build our state’s future.
