How Stephanie Started in the Mining Industry: Stephanie’s friend got her interested in construction, and when a position became available, she took the opportunity to get started.

What Stephanie Loves Most About Her Job: “The best part for me is the supplemental opportunities I have been provided in addition to the scale house duties.  These opportunities have allowed me to get to know and work closely with excellent people from other teams, such as, dispatch & sales, accounting, marketing and operations.”

What Does It Mean to Stephanie to Be a Woman in the Mining Industry? “It gives me great pride to be treated equally in what is traditionally known as a male-dominated industry.”
