What do you love about working in construction?
Challenging to say the least but I love it. Showing men that women can work in the industry just as well.
In your experience, what do women bring to the construction industry?
Organization, especially in trades that rarely have women – (Pipefitters, Electricians, Iron workers)
If you were to give young women (high school students) advice about beginning a career in construction, what would you say?
This an industry that you can learn! It’s challenging and construction is ongoing.
