What changes have you seen for women in construction over the course of your career?
Yes, very much so. Every year I see more and more women getting into the trades.
What do you hope to see for the future of women in construction?
I’d like to see more female construction business owners and supervisors.
What advice would you give to a young woman considering a career in construction?
My advice I would give for young women is to get in the trades early. You get hands-on training while making a good wage, excellent benefits, and retirement.
