What was your path to a career in construction? Started as a clerk entering payroll. Worked my way up to project manager.
What do you like most about working in construction? There is always something new every day.
This year’s theme is “Keys to the Future.” What is the key to the future of construction in Ohio? Adaptation. Things change ever days you have to be able to change with it.
If you were to give young women (high schoolers) advice about beginning a career in construction, what would you say? First I would tell them that this business is perfect for them. Women are especially good at multitasking and working as a team with others. The pay is great and the feeling of accomplishment is phenomenal.
