If you were to give young women (high schoolers) advice about beginning a career in construction, what would you say? If you have an interest in construction, network, shadow a fellow female in the industry, do your research, follow your chosen path whether in college or trade school, stay the course, never lose sight of your goal, be successful and enjoy! Remember to always ask questions!
