This year’s theme is “Keys to the Future.” What is the key to the future of construction in Ohio? Industry and growth, We need young people to see how amazing Ohio is to live and want to move here. It is a great place to raise a family.
If you were to give young women (high schoolers) advice about beginning a career in construction, what would you say? I would say to give it a try. You don’t know what it is really like until you do that. There is a lot of opportunity in the office and field to do many different things.
